"Change
is impossible and you can do the impossible hard as it may
be."
-
Jeffrey Hansler (1957 - )
I'm
always struggling with the balance between creativity and
orderliness.
When
things are organized for me it contributes to my creativity.
I get a sense of clarity that frees my mind to search new
ideas, start new projects, and take new approaches.
On
the other hand, my creativity sometimes captures my focus to
the detriment of my files and the day-to-day work of running
my business. What happens is one thing leads to another, and
another, ... you get the idea.
When
this happens, things start to pile up: research files,
books, magazines, laundry, dishes, ... life.
It's
been a struggle to discover the system that works
better than the current ebb and flow of organization and the
accompanying inefficiencies within my office. On most days
it seems impossible that I ever will. Add to that the time
that I've worked on coming up with an alternate solution and
I would almost agree that its impossible.
Then
a piece falls into place and I make headway on the issue. So
even though the process isn't over, I can see the impossible
is possible.
Wishing
you impossible dreams.
Sincerely,
