ANCIENT& not so ancient WISDOM
offering a weekly positive perspective

Oxford Company, Jeffrey Hansler keynote speaker, trainer, author, employee and management training and development

July 14, 2005

"Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail."

- Muriel Strode

Muriel wrote At the Roots of Grasses. Couldn't find much else on her. I did like the quote.

Finished a week of presentations in different states by dropping by the Back Bay Rugby Sand 7's Tournament in Huntington Beach. Joined the Del Mar Hoodz when I chanced into Kevin Barrett, the team manager/captain. Today we're 4-0 and in the finals for tomorrow. (7's is played with two 7 minute halves and 7 players on a side.) Those very important to me came to watch: Tina, Mac, and Ri (and their friends).

There is nothing stunning about this. I like the trail I am creating: It has heart, joy, fun, relationships, freedom, success, friendships, serendipity, and reflection (and right now some very sore 48 year old body parts).

I hope you are enjoying the trail you are creating and leaving.

Sincerely,
