Everyone seems to be getting busier. Planes, hotels, and roads all seem more crowded more often and that means more work for everyone. Unfortunately, the swing in customer service has begun too. The extra effort made to accommodate the customer seems to be waning and why not - there's someone else right behind them to fill their room or their seat. Saying 'I believe we've been through this pattern before' would be an understatement.

The believe that seems to be impossible is 'delivering exceptional customer service when you are busier than you've ever been'. I know it's possible. It just takes some effort, some thought, some planning, and the power of belief.
