Action is taken when they 'trust' your plan. If you wish to create change, create trust. It's easy to see that trust is not based on the length of your proposal. It is slightly more difficult to see that trust is also not based on the size of your company or the quality of your customer list. What is most difficult to comprehend is that trust is not based on your latest accomplishment or failure.

Trust is based on you and the essence of your faith and conviction.
