The
Pirate Code of Cooking
As
a retired professional chef (OK, so it was 25 years ago), I
believe that cooking should be done by feel and mood. I
don't measure when I cook and so tastes are never exactly
the same even with the same items. I mention this because
the measurements listed for recipes are guidelines more than
rules and should be adjusted according to your own likes and
preferences. I adjust my recipes and try different things on
different occasions.
