Here are the watch categories

Ambiance The effect the decor and lighting have on me at the time and how I think others will be affected by it.
Food How the food is prepared, presented, and tastes. If there is a specialty, getting it right is critical.
Service This is the biggy. Bad service can destroy everything and to be good service it needs to be very personal. If I want impersonal, I'll have it delivered.
Second Chance Something's wrong - I don't care if I notice it or you notice it (sometimes right is not right for the customer and it's the customer's fault). The question is can you get it 'right' and get the 'mood' back again.
Overall Experience This is weighted depending on the entire experience. If the food wasn't perfect - and I wasn't that hungry - and you made me enjoy my time there - you might get a higher mark than if I was starving, in a rush, and wanted food that made my limited time there an experience.

3  Needs work - some distractions, still recommend

Fun Group. Great food. This place gets it. When I asked the host at Logan's Roadhouse where I could eat (see below), they didn't mention this place. I can see why. Once you've been here, you wouldn't go to Logan's again.

Bob Malloy (general manager) has some work to do. It was 10:04 by their watch and they were closed. It didn't matter that others were just getting their food. They were closed and if I was hungry, I could go to McDonald's cause there was no place else open. Avoid this place and go to Fox and Hound (see above)

Wine was compromised (stored to warm). The beef was tough, fatty, and poorly cooked. The taste of fish was on the meat or in the sauce. Let the manager know so maybe your experience will be different.
