notice it (sometimes right is not right for the customer and it's
the customer's fault). The question is can you get it 'right' and
get the 'mood' back again. |

If the food wasn't perfect - and I wasn't that hungry - and you made
me enjoy my time there - you might get a higher mark than if I was
starving, in a rush, and wanted food that made my limited time there
an experience. |

I put my experience down as a result of success
without heart. I had to go with my third choice (Filet Mignon) for dinner,
because they were out of my first two choices. The cut of the meat was
excellent, well prepared and the service was good as well. The entire
experience was 'robotic' though: Nothing special and a plastic 'customer
service' smile, as if there was no meaning behind the words. |
