415-291-0850 --- Hours: Tues-Sat: 4pm-2am --- Retail humidor w/decent prices! on Montgomery, between Jackson and Pacific.  Offers both indoor and outdoor cigar smoking with a full bar, wine list, and one pool table.  This place seats about 120 (indoors) and features a cabinet humidor with a good selection of premium and semi-premium cigars (at very reasonable prices.. $6 to $12 each, Don Thomas Line from Southern Wine & Spirits).  This is the only restaurant/bar in town that is 100% "like things used to be".. maybe better!

Desert Hills Premium Outlet, (in the West Wing): 471 Pine St. Proprietor: Marcia Jackson 48400 Seminole Road. # C-1 Cabazon CA 92230  (951) 849-4343. A small shop in the outlet malls off the 10 Fwy on the way to Palm Springs. Can order over the phone. Prices are good.

Fizz Supper Club & Restaurant/Occidental Bar: 471 Pine St. (between Montomery/Kearney), SF, CA  415-421-3499 -- Open: M-F 11:30am to 3am, Mon-Sat 5pm-12am, Closed Sundays.
Plenty of "cigar friendly" outdoor seating on their patio to the rear (Sometimes they do allow cigar smoking indoors, in their second dining room, after 8 pm, if the weather is bad). They no longer have a retail humidor.

Fumo Blu Cigar Smoking Club: (Located at Vendetta Men's Apparel/Cigars)

Membership is $300 a year. Membership gets you a 10% discount in the store, and you are allowed to store a bottle in the club room.

Gold Coast Bar & Grill / Torpedo Lounge: 230 California Street (@ Front St.), SF, CA  415-989-6939 --- Hours: Mon-Fri: 11:30-3pm Mon-Sat: 5:30pm -10:30pm. Smoking generally allowed in the downstairs bar in the evenings only. Also, the Torpedo Lounge is a smoking club/room that comfortably seats 50, featuring tv's, a fax, phone, cigar sales, full bar and outstanding ventilation!

Gordon Biersch: 2 Harrison Street (@ Embarcadero), San Francisco, CA   415-243-8246 -- Bar is open: 11am-12 midnight, Fri-Sat: "last call" is at 1am. -- Retail humidor inside. Bring a jacket in the evenings, it is near the water.

Maiden Lane is located off Kearny between Post and Geary. Banquet room has been converted into a smoking room and tobacco shop.  Contact the Iron Horse for more information.   Full review pending.

MoMo's Restaurant: 760 Second St. (at King), San Francisco, CA
415-227-8660 -- Kitchen Hours: Mon-Thurs: 11:30am-10pm, Fri: 11:30am-11pm, Sat: 11:30am-3pm and 5pm-11pm, Sun: 11:30am-3pm and 5pm-10pm. Bar menu available until 1 a.m. Monday through Saturday -- Small retail humidor inside.Their outdoor front patio is cigar friendly and comfortably heated (propane heaters) at night.

Murray's Cigar & Cognac Lounge: Inside the Canterbury Hotel

415-474-6478 -- Cigar Lounge Open: 24 hours a day. -- Retail humidor and cigar smoking is allowed in the glassed in cigar lounge. Nob Hill Cigar Shop is located a stones throw away and offers another selection of cigars.  This is the only indoor, 24 hour, public, cigar lounge in the Bay Area. This is the frequent meeting place of the San Francisco Cigar Society (SFCS) and is definitely worth checking out!

Palomino Restaurant: Located on the Embarcadero between Folsom and Harrison, San Francisco, CA  415-512-7400 -- Hours: Sun-Th: 11:30am-11pm, Fri-Sat: 11:30am-midnight -- Small Retail humidor inside.  This place is very cigar friendly and up the street from Gordon Biersch.  Smoking is allowed on their large outdoor front patio which is kept comfortable at night with propane heaters when necessary.

The Clubhouse Restaurant: 3333 Bristol Street, Suite 2802, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 · Telephone (714) 708-2582 -- County club atmosphere, black angus steaks, chops, salads, pastas, and fresh seafood: affordable dining in a luxurious atmosphere. Hours: M-Th 11:00am-10:30pm, Fri-Sat:11:00am-11:30pm (bar to 2am),Sun:10:00am-9pm (bar to 12am)

The Peaks Bar:1316 Castro St. (between 24th & 25th Sts.), San Francisco, CA . 415-826-0100 -- Hours: Weekdays: 8am-2am, Weekends: 6am-2am Cigar smoking is allowed and encouraged in their enclosed outdoor back garden patio, with two massive barbecues (which the bartenders will gladly fire up for you if you call at least one hour in advance on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. You have to supply the meat, chicken or fish. You can purchase cigars nearby at Greystone Liquor & Cigars, located on the corner of Sastro and 24th.
