To Become a Change Master requires successfully adapting to change
and taking charge by orchestrating change. Using expert skills
of observation, communication, decision-making and persuasion,
you become a master of change. Gaining acknowledgement for
the necessity of change, taking quick action in preparation
for changes, and gathering the resources necessary to deliver
successful change are all qualities possessed by a Change Master.
